~ Central air-conditioning is a wonderful, wonderful thing.
~ I don’t ever want to move again.
~ I have a very strong dislike of the use of the letter “k” when a “c” is called for. I could never in good conscience send my child to a nursery school called Kiddie Kollege. Why would you name something Tastykakes? Or Kuttin’ Korner? It drives me krazy.
~ I’ve noticed in all of the Law & Order franchises, the police are always wrong with their first suspects. Wonder why they haven’t caught on to that pattern yet.
~ I’m still amazed at how much easier it is to do laundry in the US than in Europe.
~ Red geraniums make me smile.
~ Cucumbers and tomatoes in vinegar with salt and pepper. Yum!
~ I get annoyed when I click over to what looks like it will be an interesting link and it’s one of those slide shows where you have to keep clicking “next”. And I like a web article that is one page, not short blurbs on 9 pages. Is it laziness? Or efficiency?
~ Deodorant, people! Use it!
~ God’s timing is better than mine. Go figure.
~ I like pants with a little stretch, but there’s a fine line between a little and too much. I hate it when my pants have lost their shape by afternoon and get all baggy and droopy in the knees and fanny.
~ Somehow, I’ve become a morning person. I love the quiet of the morning, a mug of hot tea, my books and my laptop. And a pencil. I feel God’s new mercies in the morning and wonder at the possibilities of the day ahead.
